Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and service outcomes by providing and rebooking beauty services while building lasting client relationships
- Perform makeup application, waxing, false lash application, and other services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients on skincare, makeup, and service options
- Maintain active state licensure and uphold rigorous health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience for all customers
- Meet attendance requirements and maintain reliability across flexible scheduling, including peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup application, and false lash services
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty service role, retail environment, hospitality, or customer service setting
