Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling complementary products
- Perform makeup application, waxing, false eyelash application, and other services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients
- Maintain active licensure and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork, helping create a welcoming environment for all clients
- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe, secure shopping experience
