Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup, waxing, and licensed beauty services as outlined in Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive revenue and client retention by rebooking beauty services and selling complementary products
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product knowledge, and techniques to empower purchasing decisions
- Maintain active professional licensure and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment aligned with Sephora's values
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements and maintain punctuality during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays
