Sephora in Germantown, TN is hiring a Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part-time) to deliver waxing, makeup and lash services at Saddle Creek.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing, and false eyelash application in accordance with the published services menu.
  • Drive store performance by rebooking services, converting consultations into product sales, and achieving individual and store targets.
  • Conduct personalized client consultations to recommend products and routines, build lasting relationships, and ensure exceptional service.
  • Maintain active licensure and rigorously follow health, safety and sanitation protocols for all treatments.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture by sharing product knowledge, supporting colleagues, and upholding Sephora’s customer experience standards.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet the minimum weekly shift/hours requirement for part-time roles.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services will be delivered.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty services role or in retail, hospitality, or client-facing service environments.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of beauty products, trends, techniques and the ability to translate that knowledge into client recommendations.
  • Strong client-service skills with a proven ability to consult, upsell, and build repeat clientele.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to stand for extended periods.
  • Reliable availability for retail peak hours and consistent punctuality/attendance.

Experience

1–3 years in a licensed beauty services role or in a retail/hospitality environment with demonstrated client-facing service and sales experience.
