The Licensed Beauty Advisor provides makeup, waxing, and other menu services, supports store goals through service bookings and product sales, and delivers personalized client education and care. This is a permanent, part-time position at Sephora’s Wolf Ranch store, with a 15–29-hour weekly schedule.

Role & Responsibilities

• Help achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, serving clients, and selling products.
• Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed on Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
• Maintain active licenses and uphold health and safety protocols.
• Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
• Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours: part-time employees work 15–29 hours per week.
• Be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• Hold an active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are performed.
• Have 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrate the ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Be a collaborative team player in a goal-oriented environment.
• Learn quickly and absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
• Be physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.75 to USD 24.88 per hour.
