Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and service revenue by providing and rebooking beauty services while educating clients on product benefits and trends
- Perform makeup application, waxing, false lash application, and other services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Maintain current licenses and uphold all health and safety protocols to ensure a secure, compliant environment
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized, attentive service and product consultation
- Stay informed on beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to educate and empower clients
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that celebrates diversity and promotes belonging
- Support store operations and achieve performance goals through reliable, punctual attendance and flexibility across peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Qualifications
