Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup application, waxing, and beauty services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Provide personalized client consultations and build lasting relationships through expert product and service knowledge
- Educate clients on beauty trends, techniques, and product benefits to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Drive sales and rebook clients for ongoing beauty services to achieve store goals
- Maintain active licensure, adhere to all health and safety protocols, and uphold hygiene standards
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including availability during peak retail hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and support colleagues in delivering exceptional service
Qualifications

- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
