Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application according to Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Provide personalized client consultations, educate clients on product benefits and trends, and drive product sales through consultative selling.
- Book and rebook beauty services and appointments to support store revenue and client retention targets.
- Maintain active licensure and consistently apply health, safety and hygiene protocols during all services.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture and support store operations during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Meet required shift/hours commitments, demonstrate punctuality, and reliably fulfill scheduled shifts.
Qualifications
- Active, state‑recognized license to perform waxing, makeup and false‑lash application in the state of service.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty services role or in retail, hospitality, or customer service environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver tailored, service‑oriented client experiences and build lasting client relationships.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by peak retail operations.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1–3 years in a beauty services, retail, hospitality or customer service role with demonstrable client service and selling experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
