Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide makeup application, waxing, and other beauty services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu
  • Guide clients on products, trends, and techniques to educate and empower purchasing decisions
  • Maintain accurate records of services and client preferences to enable rebooking and personalized service
  • Achieve store sales and service rebooking targets through client relationship management
  • Stay informed on emerging beauty trends and product innovations across Sephora's portfolio
  • Maintain active professional licensure and uphold all health and hygiene standards
