Sephora is hiring a part-time Licensed Beauty Advisor at its Coconut Point store in Estero, Florida. The role provides makeup, waxing, and other beauty services, supports store goals through service bookings and product sales, and requires an active state license; pay is $19.80–$22.90 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, serving clients, and selling products.
- Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed on Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain an active license and uphold health and safety protocols.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Hold an active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed.
- Have 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
- Have strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
