Sephora (Coconut Point, Estero, FL) seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor — Part-Time. Hourly $19.80–$22.90; state licensure required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application according to Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Drive sales and service results by recommending products, rebooking appointments and creating personalised client routines to meet store targets.
  • Maintain active licensure and consistently apply health, hygiene and safety protocols while performing treatments.
  • Provide high-quality client consultations, build lasting relationships and tailor services to individual client needs.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture and uphold Sephora’s operational and customer service standards.
  • Be reliably available for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum weekly hours for the role.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application where services are delivered.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty services role or within retail, hospitality or customer-service environments.
  • Demonstrated product knowledge across makeup, skincare and beauty tools, with an ability to educate and inspire clients.
  • Proven ability to deliver personalised client service, drive rebookings and meet sales goals.
  • Physical ability to sustain service delivery in a retail environment (able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds).

Experience

The successful candidate will be located in Estero, Florida, USA, with easy access to Fort Myers.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
