Role & Responsibilities
- Perform beauty services in the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing, and false‑lash application according to Sephora’s services menu.
- Provide personalised consultations to educate clients on products, techniques and trends; recommend and sell product solutions.
- Book and rebook beauty services to drive repeat visits and help achieve store sales and service targets.
- Maintain active licensure, uphold health, safety and hygiene protocols, and ensure service areas meet company standards.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture, collaborate with colleagues, and support store operations during peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Active, state‑valid license to provide waxing, makeup and false‑lash application where services are performed.
- 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service industries.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalised client service and build lasting client relationships.
- Availability to work required minimum weekly hours and be present during peak retail operations (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform hands‑on services for multiple clients per shift.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of relevant cosmetology, esthetician or beauty certification and active state licensure.
