Sephora seeks a part-time Licensed Beauty Advisor to provide makeup, waxing, and other Beauty Services menu offerings, advise clients, and support store goals through service bookings and product sales. The permanent role requires 15–29 hours per week, an active state license, and 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, serving clients, and selling products.
- Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed on Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
- Keep licenses active and uphold health and safety protocols.
- Promote an inclusive culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
