Licensed Beauty Advisor – Sephora, Dublin, CA. Full-time beauty services role. $24–$27.60/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and false lash application services in compliance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu and hygiene standards
- Drive store sales and rebooking revenue by providing personalized client consultations and building lasting relationships
- Educate clients on beauty products, trends, and techniques; share product knowledge with team members
- Maintain active state license and uphold all health and safety protocols
- Support inclusive teamwork culture and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience for all clients
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements (30–40 hours for full-time) with availability during peak retail operations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash application services
- 1–3 years' experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or client-facing service roles
- Strong product knowledge, beauty trend awareness, and mastery of current techniques
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build strong client relationships
