Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup application, waxing, and other beauty services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized service and consultative selling
- Educate clients on beauty trends, products, and techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Achieve store sales goals through effective service rebooking and product recommendations
- Maintain active licensure and adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
