Sephora (Promenade at Upper Dublin, Dresher, PA) seeks a part-time Licensed Beauty Advisor — deliver makeup, waxing and beauty services. $21.75–$28/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application according to Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Drive sales and service outcomes by consulting clients, recommending products, rebooking services and achieving store targets.
  • Educate and inspire clients with up-to-date product knowledge, beauty techniques and trend insights to enable informed purchase decisions.
  • Maintain active licensure and strictly adhere to health, safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and uphold Sephora’s operational standards and policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable client experience.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours for part-time status.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services are delivered.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver personalised client service and build lasting client relationships.
  • Strong product knowledge across makeup, skincare and beauty tools and an ability to teach and transfer that knowledge to clients.
  • Reliable availability for peak retail hours and consistent punctuality and attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1–3 years in a beauty services, retail or hospitality role with hands-on experience delivering makeup, waxing and lash/false application services preferred.
