Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
  • Perform makeup, waxing, and other services as listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
  • Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.
  • Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
  • Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state of employment.

Skills

Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach. Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment is required.
