Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup application, waxing, and false lash application services in compliance with state licensing requirements and Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Educate clients on beauty products, trends, and techniques while delivering personalized service and building lasting relationships
- Achieve store goals by rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and driving product sales
- Maintain active licensure and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and promote Sephora's culture of openness and empowerment
- Demonstrate flexibility and reliability during peak retail operations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
