Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver in-store beauty services (makeup application, waxing, false eyelash application) per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu and brand standards.
- Provide personalised client consultations to recommend products and services, drive product sales, and rebook follow-up appointments.
- Maintain active state licensure and adhere to health, safety and hygiene protocols for all services.
- Stay current on beauty trends, product innovation and service techniques to educate and inspire clients.
- Support store performance goals through reliable attendance, flexible availability (including nights, weekends and holidays), and collaborative teamwork.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services will be delivered.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or service environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalised client service and build lasting client relationships.
- Comfort working to retail goals and contributing to a team-oriented, target-driven environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–3 years in a similar beauty services role or related retail, hospitality or service environment; previous hands-on experience providing makeup, waxing and lash services preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics or makeup artistry certification preferred but not required.
