Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup application, waxing, and false eyelash services according to Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive sales of beauty products and rebook services while maintaining personalized client relationships
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product benefits, and techniques; serve as a trusted advisor throughout their shopping journey
- Maintain active state licensure and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements (15–29 hours for part-time) and ensure punctuality and consistent attendance
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and contribute to a welcoming in-store experience
