Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application according to Sephora’s service menu.
  • Drive retail results by educating clients on product benefits, recommending and selling retail merchandise, and rebooking beauty services to support store goals.
  • Maintain active, state‑required licensure and consistently apply health, safety and hygiene protocols during all services.
  • Provide personalised consultations to assess client needs, build trust and create lasting client relationships.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store environment and follow company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services will be provided.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a client‑facing service role.
  • Demonstrated product knowledge across makeup and skincare and an ability to communicate trends and product benefits clearly to clients.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending and other physical tasks required by salon/retail work.

Experience
