Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve store performance targets through recommending and rebooking beauty services, cross-selling products, and cultivating client loyalty
- Execute makeup application, waxing, false lash application, and additional services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu with technical precision and artistry
- Maintain current product knowledge across all beauty categories, staying informed of emerging trends and techniques to educate and empower clients
- Uphold active licensure and rigorously adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that celebrates diversity and empowers all colleagues and customers

Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup application, and false lash services in Illinois
