Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup application, waxing, and beauty services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu while maintaining active state licensure and health/safety protocols
- Drive sales and service rebooking by delivering personalized beauty consultations and educating clients on products, trends, and techniques
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of beauty products and trends to empower clients and support team members with product education
- Foster a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork by promoting openness and creating a welcoming environment for all clients and colleagues
- Meet attendance and scheduling requirements, with flexibility for peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Active license to provide waxing, makeup application, and false lash services in Massachusetts

- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and professional beauty techniques
