Sephora Dedham, MA seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part Time). Hourly $21.75–$24.88. Provide makeup, waxing and client services at the Beauty Studio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing, and false eyelash application, in accordance with the company service menu.
- Drive sales and service metrics through product recommendations, retail selling, and rebooking of beauty services to build client retention.
- Maintain active professional licensure and adhere to all health, safety and hygiene protocols required by the state and company policy.
- Provide personalized client consultations, building lasting relationships and tailoring recommendations to individual needs and trends.
- Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented store environment and support achievement of store goals through reliable attendance and flexible scheduling during peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Active state license authorizing waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services are performed.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
- Strong, demonstrable product knowledge across skincare, makeup and fragrance and awareness of current beauty trends and techniques.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, personalized client service and meet sales/service objectives.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; punctual with dependable attendance.

Experience
1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or a service environment, with proven client-focused service delivery.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
