Sephora in Dallas seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part-Time) to perform makeup and waxing services. $21.75–$28.00/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing, and false-lash application in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Drive sales and appointment rebookings through personalized client consultations and product recommendations to meet store performance objectives.
  • Maintain active state licensure, adhere to hygiene and health & safety protocols, and ensure massage/esthetic stations meet company standards.
  • Educate and empower clients on current beauty trends and product usage; share product knowledge with teammates to elevate overall service.
  • Support a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork; comply with company policies to promote a secure, enjoyable retail environment.
  • Adhere to scheduling requirements and be available during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays); maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup application, and false-lash application in the state where services are performed.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service-oriented environments.
  • Demonstrable product knowledge across skincare, color cosmetics and fragrance; strong consultation and client-relationship skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays and meet required minimum weekly shifts.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending and fine-motor tasks for extended periods.

Experience
