Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional beauty services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application, ensuring high technical and hygiene standards.
- Deliver consultative client service: assess needs, recommend products and services, educate clients on trends and routines, and build long-term relationships.
- Drive sales and service revenue by selling retail products, rebooking beauty services, and meeting or exceeding individual and store performance targets.
- Maintain active professional licensure and strictly follow health, safety and sanitation protocols.
- Contribute to an inclusive store culture by collaborating with colleagues, supporting merchandising standards and ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients.
Qualifications
- Active, state-required license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash services in California.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a related client-facing environment.
- Availability for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time roles.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged periods of standing.
- Consistent punctuality and reliable attendance.

Experience
1–3 years of experience delivering beauty services or working in retail, hospitality or other service-oriented environments, with demonstrable client service and sales ability.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
