Sephora Cranston, RI is hiring a part-time Licensed Beauty Advisor to perform makeup, waxing and client services at Garden City. $21.75–$24.88/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional in-store beauty services including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application per the Sephora Beauty Services menu.
- Provide personalised client consultations, educate customers on products and techniques, and recommend complimentary retail items to drive sales.
- Rebook clients and manage appointment flow to achieve store service and revenue targets.
- Maintain active licensure and comply with all health, safety and hygiene protocols for service delivery.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture, support colleagues, and follow Sephora’s operational and customer experience standards.
Qualifications
- Active cosmetology/esthetician license valid in the state where services are performed (waxing, makeup, false-lash application).
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-facing service environments.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, techniques and current trends.
- Reliable availability for retail peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and ability to meet required weekly shifts.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in a beauty service role, retail sales, hospitality, or similar client-facing positions; demonstrated ability to deliver personalised services and build recurring client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of cosmetology, esthetics or related certification program recommended.
