Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform makeup, waxing, and other services as per Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
  • Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
  • Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Active license to provide beauty services in the state of employment.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service sectors.

Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships. Team player thriving in a collaborative environment. Quick learner with effective product knowledge sharing capabilities. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
