Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and beauty services according to Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized service and consultation
- Educate clients on beauty trends, products, and techniques to empower informed decisions
- Drive store results by achieving beauty services targets and rebooking clients
- Maintain active licensure and consistently uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture and support colleague development
- Ensure punctual attendance and meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time position (15–29 hours)
