Sephora Concord, NC is hiring a Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part Time). Provide makeup and waxing services at Concord Mills. $19.80–$22.90/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application according to Sephora’s service menu.
  • Drive sales and client retention through product recommendations, service rebooking and personalized consultations.
  • Maintain active licensure and comply with hygiene, health and safety protocols at all times.
  • Contribute to a culture of inclusion and teamwork by supporting colleagues and fostering a welcoming client environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and store standards to ensure a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Be reliably scheduled and available during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly shift requirements.

Qualifications

  • Active, state-recognized license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash services in the state of employment.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty services role or customer-facing retail/hospitality environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver tailored client service and build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong product knowledge across makeup, skincare and beauty trends, with the ability to educate clients.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and sustain active, on-floor service.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality; ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Experience
