Sephora in Concord, NC is hiring a Licensed Beauty Advisor (Full Time) to deliver makeup, waxing and beauty services in the Beauty Studio.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application according to Sephora’s service menu.
  • Educate and inspire clients on product selection, routine recommendations and current beauty trends to drive product sales and service rebookings.
  • Achieve individual and store performance goals through service bookings, retail conversion and active clienteling.
  • Maintain active licensure, adhere to hygiene, health and safety protocols, and ensure a clean, compliant service environment.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative store culture and provide exceptional customer experiences during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Be punctual and maintain required weekly availability (Full Time: 30–40 hrs/week).

Qualifications

  • Active, state-appropriate license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services will be delivered.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a similar beauty services role or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service, build relationships and rebook appointments.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, techniques and current trends.
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the role (able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds).
  • Reliable availability during retail peak periods and consistent attendance.
