Role & Responsibilities
- Provide and rebook beauty services to achieve store goals
- Perform makeup, waxing, and other beauty services from Sephora's menu
- Stay informed on beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients
- Maintain active licensure and uphold hygiene standards
- Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork
- Ensure compliance with company policies to create a safe shopping experience
Qualifications
- Active license to provide beauty services in the state of employment
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques
- Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships
- Team player with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
