Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products
- Perform beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and other services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Stay informed on beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients
- Maintain active licensure and uphold all health and safety protocols
- Foster inclusiveness and promote a collaborative team culture
- Follow company policies and create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash application services
