Sephora (Easton Town Center, Columbus, OH) seeks a part‑time Licensed Beauty Advisor to deliver makeup, waxing and beauty services. $19.80–$22.90/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio — makeup application, waxing, false-lash application and other services on Sephora’s menu.
- Drive sales performance through product recommendations, service rebooking and personalised client consultations to meet store targets.
- Maintain active state licensure and adhere strictly to health, safety and sanitation protocols for all treatments.
- Provide up-to-date product and trend education to clients, ensuring personalised routines and long-term client relationships.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture, support peers during peak hours and ensure punctual, reliable shift coverage.
Qualifications
- Active state license (cosmetology/esthetician) authorising waxing, makeup and false-lash services in the state of practice.
- 1–3 years' experience in a beauty services role or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
- Demonstrable knowledge of current beauty products, techniques and trends with the ability to translate into personalised client advice.
- Strong client-service orientation with experience building repeat clientele and rebooking appointments.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexible availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

1–3 years' experience in a beauty services or client-facing retail/hospitality role; prior experience delivering in-store beauty treatments preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology/esthetician certification as required for state licensure.
