Role & Responsibilities
- Drive beauty service results by rebooking clients and meeting store sales goals through product recommendations and service delivery
- Perform professional makeup application, waxing, false lash application, and other services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Maintain active professional licenses and adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Educate and empower clients through current beauty trends, product knowledge, and personalized service recommendations
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture that celebrates diversity and empowers all team members
- Uphold Sephora brand standards by ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping experience
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance, including availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
Qualifications
