Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing, and false eyelash application as defined by the store service menu.
  • Drive retail performance by advising clients, selling products, and rebooking beauty appointments to meet store goals.
  • Maintain active professional licensure and adhere to all hygiene, health and safety protocols while performing services.
  • Provide personalised client consultations, build lasting client relationships, and tailor recommendations to individual needs.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture and follow Sephora policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Work a flexible schedule and be available for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup application, and false eyelash services in the location where services are performed.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in a beauty services role or in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing environments.
  • Demonstrable product knowledge across prestige beauty categories and awareness of current trends and techniques.
  • Proven ability to deliver personalised service and achieve sales or service‑rebooking goals.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Experience
