Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and beauty services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu with technical expertise and artistry
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized service recommendations and beauty consultations
- Drive service bookings and product sales to achieve store performance targets and KPIs
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product knowledge, and skincare techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain active state licensure and consistently uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in all service delivery
