Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and other beauty services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu with precision and professionalism
- Drive sales and service rebooking by building lasting client relationships and personalizing recommendations
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of beauty trends, products, techniques, and ingredients to educate and empower clients
- Uphold active licensure, health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that celebrates diversity and belonging
- Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality during assigned shifts, including peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Qualifications
- Active state beauty license to provide waxing, makeup application, and false lash services
