Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and licensed beauty services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu with technical precision
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product knowledge, and service options to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Drive service rebooking and retail sales to achieve store performance targets and client satisfaction metrics
- Maintain active professional licensure and adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive team culture and promote a welcoming, empowering shopping experience for all clients
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements (15-29 hours for part-time roles) with availability during peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays
