Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup, waxing, and other beauty services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu with expert technique and care
- Drive sales and rebook beauty services by delivering personalized client consultations and building lasting relationships
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product knowledge, and techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain active state licensure and strictly uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements (15–29 hours for part-time roles) with availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance to support team goals

Qualifications
- Active, current state license to provide waxing, makeup application, and related beauty services in Pennsylvania
