Role & Responsibilities
- Drive beauty services revenue by providing makeup, waxing, and related services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu while rebooking clients and selling complementary retail products
- Stay current with beauty trends, product knowledge, and service techniques to educate and empower clients on personalized beauty solutions
- Maintain active licensure and strictly adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols throughout service delivery
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture that celebrates diversity and promotes client satisfaction and team empowerment
- Meet flexible scheduling requirements including 15–29 hours per week and availability during peak retail operations (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Qualifications
- Active state license for waxing, makeup application, and false lash services
