Sephora (Centennial, CO) seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part Time) to perform makeup, waxing and beauty services at Streets at South Glenn.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing, and false lash application according to Sephora’s service menu.
- Drive sales and service rebookings by educating clients on product benefits and recommending complementary retail items.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry trends to provide personalised, consultative client experiences.
- Ensure active licensure and strict adherence to health, hygiene and safety protocols for all services performed.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative store culture and contribute to team goals and store KPIs.
- Follow Sephora operational standards and company policies to create a safe and welcoming shopping environment.
- Maintain reliability with scheduled shifts and availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup, and false lash application in the state of service.
- 1–3 years of experience in a beauty services role or within retail, hospitality, or service environments.
- Demonstrable knowledge of beauty products, application techniques and current trends.
- Proven ability to deliver personalised client service and build repeat client relationships.
- Strong teamwork orientation, ability to learn quickly and effectively share product knowledge.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, repetitive tasks for service delivery.
Experience
1–3 years in a similar beauty services or customer-facing retail role; hands-on experience performing makeup, waxing and lash application preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology, esthetician or related certification preferred.
