Role & Responsibilities
- Perform beauty services including makeup application, waxing, false lash application, and other services on Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Provide personalized client consultations and build lasting relationships through exceptional service delivery
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product knowledge, and professional techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Drive store revenue by rebooking services, servicing existing clients, and recommending complementary products
- Maintain active professional licensure and comply rigorously with health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Maintain flexibility to work during peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications
