Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and service delivery by performing makeup, waxing, and beauty services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu
  • Educate clients on beauty trends, product benefits, and techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized service and professional consultation
  • Maintain active licensure and strictly adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
  • Support store goals by achieving service targets, rebooking clients, and promoting product sales
