Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and licensed beauty services per Sephora's service menu while maintaining health and safety protocols
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized consultations and educational guidance on beauty trends and product knowledge
- Drive sales of beauty products and rebook services to meet store performance targets and client satisfaction goals
- Maintain active professional licensure and uphold all regulatory and hygiene standards required for service delivery
- Support a collaborative, inclusive team environment and contribute to creating a welcoming retail experience for all guests

Qualifications
