Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup, waxing, false lash application, and other beauty services according to Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive sales results and rebook clients for ongoing beauty services while maintaining store performance targets
- Educate clients on beauty products, trends, and techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain active licenses and consistently uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and support fellow associates
- Ensure punctuality and reliable attendance during assigned shifts, including peak retail hours (nights, weekends, and holidays)
Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash application services
- 1–3 years of experience in a beauty services, retail, hospitality, or service-oriented role
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and application techniques
