Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver premium beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and false lash services while maintaining state-mandated hygiene and safety standards
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized consultation, product education, and expert guidance on beauty trends and techniques
- Drive store revenue by achieving service rebooking targets, promoting beauty services, and recommending complementary products to clients
- Remain current on all Sephora beauty offerings, product innovations, and service menus to educate and empower clients with confidence
- Maintain active professional licensure and uphold all health, safety, and regulatory protocols required by the state of New York

Qualifications
