Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
- Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed.
- Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork, fostering an environment where everyone feels empowered.
- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed.
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Experience
1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
