Sephora — Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part-time) in Brandon, FL. Deliver makeup, waxing & beauty services; $19.80–$26.00/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver licensed beauty services including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Drive sales and service revenue by recommending products, selling retail items and rebooking follow-up Beauty Studio appointments.
  • Provide personalized client consultations, educate clients on products and trends, and tailor recommendations to client needs.
  • Maintain active professional licensure and adhere to all health, safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Support store operations: uphold Sephora standards, follow policies, contribute to a safe and inclusive shopping environment.
  • Collaborate with teammates to promote an inclusive culture and meet collective store performance goals.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and flexible availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the state of Florida.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build repeat clientele.
  • Availability to work a minimum number of weekly shifts and to cover peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctual and dependable with consistent attendance.

Experience
