Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver licensed beauty services including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Drive sales and service revenue by recommending products, selling retail items and rebooking follow-up Beauty Studio appointments.
- Provide personalized client consultations, educate clients on products and trends, and tailor recommendations to client needs.
- Maintain active professional licensure and adhere to all health, safety and sanitation protocols.
- Support store operations: uphold Sephora standards, follow policies, contribute to a safe and inclusive shopping environment.
- Collaborate with teammates to promote an inclusive culture and meet collective store performance goals.
- Maintain reliable attendance and flexible availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the state of Florida.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build repeat clientele.
- Availability to work a minimum number of weekly shifts and to cover peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctual and dependable with consistent attendance.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or another client-facing role; proven track record of delivering personalized service and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of accredited cosmetology or esthetics training is advantageous.
